Kipy is a mobile app for managing one's personal and family documents that allows people to keep track of deadlines without having to worry about forgetting anything.

The goal of Kipy is to decrease stress related to the bureaucratic aspects of daily life and enable people to better manage their time.

Our all-in-one solution uses the proprietary IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) system that integrates leading Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing technologies to enable recognition of text fields and extraction of key information from documents uploaded to the app.

With an engaging User Experience focused on the needs of our customers, Kipy serves as a personal assistant that, not only allows them to organize and share their documents (such as ID cards, health cards, contracts, bills, etc.), but to stay updated on deadlines through an in-app notification system.

In addition, security is an indispensable value for us to provide a valuable service. Therefore, we decided to develop Kipy in the cloud, encrypt all data, give the user the ability to access the app through biometric recognition or personal pin.
