Living Comfort Materials


L'idea progettuale prevede la realizzazione di malte e pitture a basso impatto ambientale, realizzate attraverso l'utilizzo di materie prime seconde in forma granulare o a essa ricorducibile tramite lavorazione meccanica. I materiali, che verranno miscelati con materiali organici e inorganici, dovranno caratterizzarsi per la loro intrinseca termicità e per un importante livello di porosità e di resistenza meccanica. Il progetto risponde a una esigenza di mercato, ovvero realizzare materiali per la riqualificazione di ambienti interni e di strutture esterne attraverso soluzione rispettose del'ambiente e incentrate sui fondamenti dell'economia circolare, migliorando le tendenze inquinanti ed altoemissive del comparto delle costruzioni. L'idea progettuale prevede l'utilizzo di materiali di diversa origine e natura, provenienti da settori  non direttamente correlati al comparto edilizio (calzature, gomma, abbigliamento, produzione cartaria). Per realizzare il progetto i materiali verranno sottoposti a prove di laboratorio in Diasen per verificarne performance e compatibilità con le tipologie di prodotto da realizzare. Qualora il materiale risultasse coerente con le finalità del progetto si procederà a realizzare prototipi e prove di industrializzazione, formalizzando eventuali contratti continuativa di fornitura con il fornitore del materiale.

The project idea envisages the creation of environmentally friendly mortars and paints, made through the use of secondary raw materials in granular form or recorducible to it by mechanical processing. The materials, which will be blended with organic and inorganic materials, should be characterized by their inherent thermal conductivity and an important level of porosity and mechanical strength. The project responds to a market need, that is, to realize materials for the redevelopment of indoor environments and outdoor structures through environmentally friendly solutions focused on the fundamentals of the circular economy, improving the polluting and high-emissive trends of the construction industry. The project idea involves the use of materials of different origin and nature from sectors not directly related to the construction industry (footwear, rubber, clothing, paper production). To realize the project, the materials will undergo laboratory tests in Diasen to verify their performance and compatibility with the types of products to be made. If the material is found to be consistent with the aims of the project, prototypes and industrialization tests will be carried out, formalizing any continuing supply contracts with the material supplier.
